The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to the Joint IPR Working Group meeting which will be held on Tuesday, 13th January, 2009 at 14:00 in Beijing and Shanghai (Venue listed above). The proposed agenda is attached below. Please feel free to suggest other topics and issues.

2. Debriefing the recent lobbying actions of IPR WG
- Debriefing the meeting with SIPO
- Call for comments on the Patent Law Implementation Rules
- Call for comments on the Judicial Interpretation for acknowledgment and protection of Famous Trademark
3. Discussion: IPR WG in 2009
- EUCCC Seminar/Workshop/Training on Patent Law implementation rules
- Potential topics on the Seminar with Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration
- Cooperation with related Associations (i.e. trademark association?)
