The European Chamber Tianjin Chapter will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 5pm on 22nd April at Shangri-La Hotel Tianjin. At this year’s AGM, the election for the local board will be held for the positions of Chair (1 position), Vice Chair (1 position) and Board Member (3 positions).
The AGM will be followed by a cocktail reception where members can mingle with the Chamber’s newly elected leadership team.
Mr. Joerg Wuttke, President of the European Chamber will present and launch a fresh report on Decoupling: Severed Ties and Patchwork Globalisation which was just published by the European Chamber.

>> How can I vote?
Only the European Chamber Tianjin members are eligible to vote. Members are welcome to cast your vote either in person or by designating a proxy to vote on your behalf. One vote from each member company.
1)You can vote in person by secret ballot at the election venue. Please make sure to register yourself COB 12:00, Thursday, 22 April 2021.
2) Assign a proxy to vote on your behalf. Please fill in the Proxy Form and send a scanned copy to Catherine Guo at cguo@europeanchamber.com.cn by 17:00, 21 April 2021.
The proxy must be a colleague from your own legal entity and must be present in person to vote.
The proxy must be a colleague from your own legal entity. This requirement has only one exception for the Individual member, who may assign his/her proxy to another individual member/corporate member with voting rights in Tianjin. However, an individual person can only hold a maximum of 5 proxies.
