Course Background 课程背景:

企业的品牌工作中，社交媒体的运营已经是基础工作。从社会心理学来说，“粉丝”也从追星的小众词变成了大众接受的状态。但是，企业层面的“粉丝”与拥有个人IP和情感粘性的“个人粉丝”是有根本区别的。企业的“粉丝”不是狭义的“微信后台粉丝”。“企业粉丝”泛指所有潜在客户和老客户。很多B2B企业问我：“我们的签单客户是企业，不是个体人，不需要去理解个体人在传播中的心理和感受。”这种观点是错的。原因很简单：签单盖的章是企业，但是做出购买决定的是个体人。再大的组织，购买决策流程再长，做决定的依然是一个个有情感的个体人。同样，任何一篇企业宣传内容传播出去，阅读信息和接手信息的也是个体人。更不用说社交媒体的粉丝了。

我们希望研究的是企业品牌的认知度由浅到深的过程中如何影响目标客群的决策人和其决策环境。我们所说的“企业粉丝运营”是指以“粉丝思维”来拉新、获客和提高老客户的留存率和转化率。

Social media operation is already a fundamental part of a company's branding efforts. In terms of social psychology, "fan" has also changed from a niche word for star-crossing to a state of public acceptance. However, there is a fundamental difference between "fans" at the corporate level and "personal fans" who have personal IP and emotional stickiness. Enterprise "fans" are not merely fans registered in the WeChat backstage. The term "enterprise fans" refers to all potential customers and regular customers. Many B2B companies would ask: "Our customers are companies, not individual people, so we don't need to understand the psychology and feelings of individual people in the communication." This view is wrong. The reason is simple: the seal of the order is the company, but it is the individual who makes the purchase decision. No matter how big the organization is, no matter how long the purchase decision process is, the decision is still made by an individual person with emotions. Likewise, once any piece of corporate content is spread out, it is the individuals that read and receive the information. Not to mention the social media fans.

What we want to study is how to influence the decision makers of the target group when the brand awareness is enhanced. By "enterprise fan operation", we mean using "fan thinking" to attract new customers, acquire customers, and improve retention and conversion rates of existing customers.

5. 内容平台：网媒、自媒体、短视频
6. 社交媒体：微博、朋友圈、小众社交平台、职场社交平台
7. 其他媒体：直播、电商媒体、兴趣类第三方平台
8. 自媒体不算媒体，但有传播力
9. 真媒体和假媒体、好媒体与黑媒体

第二节 粉丝理解力速成

1. 传统媒体更权威，企业品牌传播不可少
2. 新兴媒体或传播力更强，或垂直深度更强
3. 结合传统和新型媒体，在不同情况下使用
4. 没有最好的媒体，只有符合实际情况和资源的最佳选择
5. 不要用“传统媒体”和“新兴媒体”，“线上”和“线下”等名词来限制你的投放计划
6. 学会用不同的媒体打传播配合战

第三节 粉丝的“核心吸引力”法则

1. 核心氛围就是粉丝群的核心吸引力
2. 核心吸引力有养成的部分，也有自发野生的部分
3. 如何提炼和辨别自己的“核心吸引力”？
4. 不能让“核心吸引力”脱离控制
5. 不能在发展和改进中忘掉“核心吸引力”
6. 把“核心吸引力”的传承纳入战略

第四节 核心忠实粉丝的鉴别和维护

1. 高粘性用户是最佳粉丝：提高复购率
