In today's era of rapid development and diverse personalities, although people have rich professional ability, or have some authority and advantages, they still feel that they can't do what they want when they communicate with others. Either there are some conflicts due to different views in communication, or there are disagreement or no aligned action with previous agreement after communication. These communications make people very uncomfortable and inefficient.
How can we overcome these challenges and have a comfortable and efficient communication with others?
在当今高速发展和个性纷呈的时代,人们尽管具备丰富的专业能力,或是拥有一些权威和优势,但当他们和别人沟通时仍然感到力不从心,事与愿违。常常要么在沟通中观点不一致、针锋相对;要么当时同意但事后反复或没有行动。这些沟通让人很不舒服,也很低效。
那我们如何克服这些挑战,和他人开展一场愉快而高效的沟通呢?
This program is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting. It aims at helping professionals through this training build a good communication coaching state and improve their coaching communication skills, so as to better support themselves and others for achieving their goals in future communication.

Result Oriented: The coaching style communication introduced in the training is result oriented. Communication conducted may begin with end to enable people support others achieve the target.
成果导向:课程中介绍的教练式沟通是以成果为框架,在每一次沟通中以终为始,从而使得人们可以支持他人实现目标。
Practice after learning: In each part of training, trainee may immediately do excises in real working context after learning in the class, then get feedback and coaching to make learning more practical.
即学即用:课程的每个部分,都会让学员学完之后立即进入自己的真实场景进行练习,再进行反馈和辅导,让学习更具实战性。
Skills with State: Participant may reflect self-state and the interaction with others through the learning and practicing, then further improve the coaching state and skills and apply into daily work.
