Dear Members and Friends,
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, together with Huajiao Academy and Shenyang New World Expo, invites you to participate in the “Shenyang’s 2nd International Waiters Race” on June 26th from 15:00 to 17:10 as a spectator and supporter.
This Race is a sub-event of the 7th Pepper Food Expo held at the New World Expo in Shenyang. We hope that this event brings the participants and watchers a lot of fun, as well as enhances Shenyang's international influence.
The waiter's race originated in Paris, France in the early 1900's giving the waiter's and servers a stage to have fun while engaging in this sports event.
The Waiters Race is exactly what it sounds like. Appropriately dressed participants – in full waiter and waitress gear, line up at the start line balancing a tray in one hand. On the tray will be placed at least one full bottle of liquid of some sort and some glasses which may also be filled with liquid. The intrepid sportsman or woman must run a designated course, past throngs of cheering fans and get to the finishing line without spilling a drop and without dropping a glass.

Events have limited seating so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance registration. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance.
All our events are held in English and are off-the-record unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy：
If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event.
To cancel you can: 1) email shenyang@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.
