The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China together with the Australian Chamber of Commerce are delighted to invite you to attend a seminar on "Sustainable Green Building and Construction", hosted jointly by experts from LFRAIA and Woods Bagot.
Urban development in Asia-Pacific is the biggest economic, environmental and social challenge facing the planet, driving the world's largest growth in greenhouse emissions. Sustainable green building and construction offers a viable and better way forward. Awareness of climate change has begun to have a major impact on the property industry around the globe and, despite the economic downturn, is set to not only continue but intensify in the future. Accordingly, the current market for attracting tenants to particular workplaces may be radically different in the next property cycle.
