The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next Legal Working Group Meeting which will be held on
Tuesday, 24th March, 9am - 11am at the Chamber's offices in Beijing.
In this meeting, we’re pleased to invite Professor Huang, Director of Economic Law at the University of International Business and Economics and
one of the drafters of Anti-Monopoly Law (AML), to discuss major issues in the recent AML-related draft implementing rules released by the MOFCOM since the beginning of the year and on which the Legal Working Group has commented.
Proposed Agenda:

The hypothetical monopolist test and its application to Chinese reality
