· How to prepare the unifying structure for an impactful presentation? - Start with the end in mind. Introduction to the logical framework for preparing and animating a presentation, from ABCD to DCBA principle.
· Inspiring and motivating your audience for action – Introduction to a toolbox with 14 useful tips for impactful presentation
· Presentation in Action – Take 2 – Animate the same presentation the 2nd time and receive the 2nd round of guided feedback from peers and consultant
· Dealing with Turbulences – How to manage stage fear and various unexpected situations? 3 golden rules for dealing with turbulences and “surprises” during presentation.
· The harvest of the day – My personal learning and action plan.
