Please find attached below the Election Notice for the Tianjin Election. Mr. Dirk Moens, Secretary General will act as the Returning Officer.
There is also a Nomination Form for those wishing to stand for Tianjin Chairman (1) and for Tianjin Board positions (4).
If you are interested in knowing more about the requirements to be part of the Tianjin Board please contact Kitty Wang of the Tianjin Liaison Office.
For your reference the Bye-Law 1, “Electoral Standing Orders” and the AOA Article 10 & 11 from the Articles of Association have been posted on the Chamber website.
All members are invited to this Tianjin Election, but only companies who have paid their membership fees in respect of the year 2009, as well as outstanding obligations for the year 2008 will be able to vote. If you are unsure about your status with the European Chamber, please contact the office for more details.
