After working 10 years in the private sector in several posts related to marketing and innovation Sébastien Paquot joined the European Commission in 2015 as Policy Officer in the unit in charge of Circular Economy. In 2017 he was appointed adviser to the Director General of DG Environment before becoming Member of the Private Office of Commissioner Vella in 2018. He joined the EU Delegation in China in September 2019 as Head of Section in charge of Environment and Climate files.

赵凯，高级工程师，北京大学光华管理学院MBA。现任中国循环经济协会常务副会长、北京市西城区政协委员、国家绿色发展基金专家咨询委员会专家、民政部全国性社会组织评估专家、全国环保产业标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC275）委员、全国产品回收利用基础与管理标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC415）委员、全国能量系统专业技术委员会（SAC/TC459）委员、国家节能中心专家组成员等。曾获中国标准创新贡献奖二等奖和三等奖、原中国轻工总会部级表彰。长期从事节能和循环经济相关促进工作，国际合作经验丰富。

Mr. Zhao Kai, senior engineer, graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University with a MBA Master degree. Currenty, Mr Zhao serves as Executive Vice President of China Association of Circular Economy (CACE) and Member of the Beijing Xicheng District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He also serves as Expert of National Green Development Fund Expert Advisory Committee, and the evaluation of national social organisations of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and as member of the National Standardization Technical Committee 275 on Environmental Protection Products (SAC/TC275), the National Technical Committee 415 on Product Recycle Fundamentals and Management (SAC/TC415), the National Technical Committee 459 on Energy System (SAC/TC459), and the National Energy Conservation Center Experts Group. Mr. Zhao has respectively won the second and third prize for the China Standards Innovation and Contribution Award, and ministerial recognition of the Former China Light Industry Federation. He has been engaged in energy saving and circular economy related promotion work for a long time and has rich experience in international cooperation.

Victor Wang, secretary-general of the China Plastics Recycling Association of CRRA, deputy leader of the GRPG, and member of the project team of the Chinese Academy of Sciences “Problems and Countermeasures for the Prevention and Control of Plastic Pollution in China”. He participated in the drafting of national standards such as "Classification and Code of Waste Plastics", "Technical Specifications for Waste Plastic Recycling", "Technical Specifications for Waste Plastic Recycling", and the compilation and release of group standards including "Green Recycled Plastics- Chain of Custody Requirements", "Green Recycling Management System Requirements" etc; He is also the chief editor of "China Recycling Plastic Industry Development Report"

王永刚，中国物资再生协会再生塑料分会秘书长、绿色再生塑料供应链联合工作组副组长、中国科学院学部咨询评议项目 “我国塑料污染防治存在的问题与对策”项目组成员。参与起草了《废塑料分类及代码》、《废塑料再生技术规范》、《废塑料回收技术规范》等国家标准，《绿色再生塑料－产销监管链要求》、《绿色再生管理体系要求》等团体标准的编制与发布；《中国再生塑料行业发展报告》主编。

Jet joined TOMRA on Oct 2017 and has been mostly working on policy advocacy and business development for circular economy transition. Before that, he worked for several international and domestic companies in the environment industry such as Haldor Topsoe China, Poten Environment and Derun Environment (a joint venture by Suez and Chongqing Water Assets Management Co.). From 2004-2011, he also served as senior commercial officer at the Embassy of Denmark in China for 7 years. Jet holds two master’s degrees from the Northwestern Polytechnic University and Nanyang Technological University, respectively.
