Dear Environment WG Members,
I am delighted to invite you to our next Environment Working Group meeting on 1st April. I am happy to announce that Mr. Doug Smith from Camco will give a presentation on “Business Opportunities in Emissions Management”.
Doug is the Vice-Chairman of the EUCCC CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) Forum in Beijing.
During his presentation he will cover the following topics:
- Update on the future of carbon markets
- Policy drivers for energy efficiency in China
- International drivers for emissions management
- Business benefits of improved energy management and business opportunities in emissions-reducing technologies
- Software solutions for energy management
- Case studies of emissions assessment and energy management
- Integrating emissions assessment into environmental and social management
Following this presentation he will lead the discussion.
