Speakers:
Mr. Shawn Pan, Cyber Security Manager, Digital Solutions China/Cyber Security, will attend the event in person to present and share insights and experiences in the industry form a professional's perspective.
Mr. Hanle Zhu, Consulting Director of EY, will join online to introduce the development of personal information protection legislation in China, as well as to brief the major government bodies and multi-regulatory system of China. Mr. Zhu will share industry insights of cyber compliance in China and discuss about companies that should remain vigilant. A summary about compliance requirements from China Cybersecurity Law, Data Security and Personal Information Protection Law will be presented, as well as the overall framework of cyber security and privacy protection compliance.
