Event Profile
The 2005 Beijing Community Cup is an annual football fundraiser, organized in this it?? third year by ClubFootball FC and the British Chamber of Commerce in China.
Thanks to the efforts of volunteers and BCCC members, this one-day, 5-a-side tournament has raised RMB 120,000 to help mentally disabled children in the last two years (doubling each time!) with participation and support from across the community including corporations, media, amateur teams, embassies and schools.
We look forward to making 2005?? event bigger and better than ever, and are delighted to offer a range of packages to allow contributions and support at all levels.

Tournament Format
The tournament is scheduled to take place on 22nd May 2005, with a range of venues available for selection by the Title Sponsors including the Workers Stadium practice pitches. The emphasis is very much on fun and enjoyment with the following format:
Five-a-side matches, 8 ??2 minutes in length Mixed tournament ??with rules to favour teams with more women! 48 teams divided into 12 groups of 4 ??max. squad size of 10 (2 women) Cup, Plate and Spoon system with ranking to keep teams playing all day!
Peripheral Events
Sponsorship Networking Event ??the organizers will host a networking event to help interested parties find out more about the event and meet others involved!
Pre-event Group Draw Party??for team captains and players wanting to know who they??l be playing in the opening rounds and meet the opposition!
Post-event Players Party & Prize Draw Announcement??one final excuse for a drink with the opposition as well as to watch the Prize Draw!
Press Conference- subject to Title Sponsor support a Press Conference can also be arrange to personally brief the media on the tournament!
