In order to improve essential skills for influencing others and the foundations for personal leadership as well as negotiation and sales, two series of training will be held jointly by the European Chamber and Sino Associates. The training contains two series: Effective Business Communication and Negotiating and Sales Skills. This course will be conducted in English.

Course Objectives:
This workshop series improves essential skills for influencing others and the foundations for personal leadership. Each workshop focuses on one specific area starting with showing Executive Presence, continuing with improving Influencing and Persuasion Skills, and finishing with Effective Business Communication.
Target audience:
- High potential talent who wants to build future leadership skills.
- Professionals with technical backgrounds looking to improve their leadership and customer impact.

2. Negotiating and Sales Skills
Course Objectives:
This workshop is based on over 17 years of delivery to sales and to purchasing teams in China and internationally. After learning the psychology and influence strategies behind sales, participants will leave the program with clear sales and negotiation planning and strategy skills and the soft skills to conduct sales and negotiation meetings to add more value to clients and bring more business to their organizations.
Target audience:
- Anyone who needs to represent their company to provide solutions to their clients from salespeople to managers who introduce their products or services to customers or investors

This course consists of a total of 2 days of off-site training, with the following course dates and content:
- 13th May (Fri): Sales Skills
- 27th May (Fri): Negotiating Skills
