In this rapidly changing business environment, it is crucial for corporations to implement a solid digital transformation strategy to maintain competitiveness. Many sector leaders have proven that the well-planned approaches of individual enterprises can shape the whole industry and drive innovation. From strategy setting to organisational and culture change management, from the digital workplace to developing digital talent, the changing requirements for human resource (HR) departments have led to them changing from a support function to taking on a critical role in driving the transformation.
Alongside the digital transformation, another key element is how to run a business sustainably once integrated into the Chinese market: what values can foreign companies bring to China and what can they learn from their Chinese counterparts?
At this year’s annual Human Capital Conference, the European Chamber is delighted to invite chief executive officers (CEOs) and HR leaders from top-tier companies to present the latest trends, technologies and best practices in digital transformation and agility, and discuss ways to upgrade the mindset of a HR department to help the organisation adapt to the digital era.
*The European Chamber is pleased to extend one complimentary ticket to the in-house HR from the member companies in Beijing. There will be limited seating, and registration will be based on a first come, first served basis.
