Updates on Shanghai HR Policies Attendees only |
With the gradual remission of the epidemic in Shanghai, companies will resume work. The local government has been updating the whitelist of companies to bring back the manufacturing. While the work resumption is taking place, there are challenges in employee management and support. How to implement sanitary measures to ensure employee’s safety in a closed-loop production, how to manage employees in different working conditions – working from home or in the closed-loop production environment, and how to maintain employees' mental and physical health, are the outstanding concerns that companies and HR professionals are facing.
To brief the European business community on the HR polices in the current lockdown and to share practical experience on employee management from companies that have resumed work and production, the European Chamber Shanghai Chapter invites you to join this webinar Work Resumption in Shanghai - Employee Management and Support.
