Dear Legal Working Group members,
Please find attached an update on the MOFCOM decision regarding Mitsubishi-Lucite. This was kindly prepared for the EUCCC by Martin Commons of Baker & McKenzie LLP and Kirstie Nicholson of Lovells LLP.
We would also like to notify you that the State Administration for Industry & Commerce (SAIC) has issued two drafts relating to AML for public consultation. Please see the below link for further information in Chinese:

English translations of these drafts are currently being prepared and we will circulate shortly.
We would also like to notify you that the first meeting of the Competition Sub-Working Group will take place on Wednesday, 20th May, 9am until 10.30am, in our Shanghai offices. The proposed agenda is below and your comments/suggestions are welcome. A further invite will be forthcoming closer to the time.
