3CON INTRODUCTION 三康公司简介：
3CON develops and manufactures high-end interior production systems for the automotive industry and its suppliers: forward looking technologies and intelligent processes that enable customers to manufacture with the greatest possible design freedom, efficiency and consistently outstanding quality. The 3CON technologies are state of the art in the series production of automotive interiors. To maintain this status, the 3CON laboratory is constantly working on new, advanced solutions that significantly and comprehensively optimize the production steps in the automotive industry.

3CON currently employs more than 500 people in 5 countries (Austria, Germany, China, USA and Mexico) who are driving the automotive interior manufacturing of the future. Over 80% lamination machines of BMW global factories are supplied by 3CON.

3CON China established in 2016, we focus on after-sales service, global purchasing, machines and tools localization manufacture, assembly and commission.

Recent Epidemic Prevention and Control Requirements
- Will not receive visitors who had traveled to medium-to-high risk areas or had contact with confirmed cases in the past 14 days. Will not receive visitors who have a “Yellow Code” or “Red Code” and “star*” in travel code. Will not receive visitors who haven't got vaccinated.
- Will not receive visitors with symptoms of the COVID (for instance, fever, cough, sore throat, and difficulty in breathing).
- Participants are required to wear masks upon arrival and show their health code and travel code, have a temperature check, and register their information.
- Please refer to the official epidemic prevention and control policy of Chengdu for the latest requirements. You can refer to official WeChat of “四川疾控”“健康成都官微” and other official channels.
Other Epidemic Prevention and Control Requirements 其他防疫要求：
Participants must ensure have no travelling or living history of medium and high risk areas recently and maintain proper social distancing norms and abide by the Chengdu Municipal Government’s Epidemic Prevention and Control Rules. If you do not follow the relevant regulations, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China accepts no responsibility for any physical discomfort you may experience during or after the event. All of the guests will be required to wear a mask during the meeting. Please refer to the official epidemic prevention and control policy of Chengdu for the latest requirements. You can refer to official WeChat of "四川疾控", “四川发布” and other official information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

庄果先生
三康（成都）机械设备有限责任公司 总经理
Mr. KO CHUANG, the General manager of 3CON China, who was born in Chengdu, studied in Austria after bachelor graduating from domestic university, and worked and lived in Austria for 26 years. He holds the double master's degree from Austria. During this period, he operated an automobile and motorcycle parts factory in Austria. Later, he established American Dadong automobile industry company for Changchun Dadong group in Michigan. At that time, he was the deputy general manager of Changchun Dadong group. 14 years of experience in production, operation and management of automobile industry. Since 2016, he has become the general manager of 3CON China and established 3CON China headquarters and production base. He is a CLASS A foreign expert of Chengdu and was awarded as the INDUSTRIAL LEADING TALENT OF CHENGDU in 2021.
3CON中国总经理庄果先生，祖籍成都，大学本科毕业后留学奥地利，并在奥地利工作生活26年。拥有奥地利双硕士学位。期间在奥地利经营过汽车摩托车零配件厂，后在美国密歇根为长春大东集团建立美国大东汽车工业公司，时任长春大东集团副总经理。有14年汽车工业生产经营和管理经验。从2016年开始成为3CON中国总经理，并建立3CON中国总部和生产基地。现为成都市A类外籍专家，并于2021年当选为“成都市产业领军人才”。
