Ioana has been based in Shanghai since 2003 where she worked for the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (European Chamber) from 2004 to 2022. From 2009 to 2022 she served as General Manager of the Chamber’s Shanghai Chapter and was responsible for implementation and development of European Chamber objectives, visibility, and advocacy activities on a regional level in Shanghai and neighbouring regions.
Ioana is currently an Associate Director with X-PM Transition Partners, a leading European Executive Interim and Transition Management firm with teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. X-PM is part of the WIL group, a network of 13 firms operating in 35 countries that deliver interim and transition solutions to clients around the world and offers a unique international “multi-sourcing” model that leverages the assets of each member firm and ensures the best assignments globally.
A German-qualified lawyer, Ioana practiced with a German law firm in Shanghai from 2003 and 2004. She also holds a PhD degree in law from Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf, where she worked from 1999 to 2003 as a Senior Research Assistant focussing on the areas of Civil Law, Insurance Law, Comparative Law, International Private Law and Labour Law.

She holds a medical degree from Warwick University in England and obtained her qualification in General Practice/Family Medicine from the Royal College of General Practitioners in London. Mr. Liu Jiang is Greater China Life Sciences Leader of PerkinElmer. Prior to the current position, he had taken several leadership roles and engineer roles of increasing responsibility at the company, including Country Manager of PerkinElmer Australia from 2013 to 2019. The 17-year working experience at PerkinElmer has enabled him to accumulate full expertise in the fields of biotechnology, life science and chemical analytics, and develop unique insights into life sciences business for continued growth.
Liu Jiang holds a Master’s degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from University of Science and Technology of China, and a bachelor degree of Applied Science, Biology, in Xinjiang University.
He is currently based in Shanghai, China.

Audrey Low is currently the Managing Director of LHH FESCO. She is fully responsible for leading the joint venture business between LHH and FESCO in terms of strategy, market growth, sales and service innovation to provide first-class HR management consulting services and solutions for companies in the China market.

With more than 26 years of experience in HR services and consulting in Asia-Pacific, Audrey believes that transformation will be the key to success for businesses in the future of world of work. She is appointed to drive and develop the business of LHH in China, based in Shanghai. Prior to this appointment, Audrey acted as the Head of Sales for Asia and China of the Adecco Group based in Singapore. Since joining Adecco as the General Manager of the Singapore office in 1992, she has served as the GM of Singapore, Branch Manager of the Hong Kong office, and KA Manager of the Sydney office in Australia in 1993 and 2000.

In 2003, she returned to HK and led the team to cultivate the market for over a decade, focusing on the development of professional talent recruitment services. Under her management and leadership, Adecco's brand and services have been highly recognized by the local market with Adecco achieving a solid market positioning as one of the leading HR service companies in Hong Kong. In 2015, Audrey was given the mission of developing Adecco’s presence in Macau. The Adecco Group believes that Audrey’s rich experience will support LHH to develop high-quality HR management consulting services in China, allowing LHH to penetrate the market effectively and successfully.

Audrey has outstanding leadership and management skills. She studied leadership planning and innovative leadership related courses at the world-renowned business schools and educational institutions IMD Business School, Hyper Island and INSEAD.
