We are pleased to be able to invite you to a breakfast seminar with speakers from both Deloitte and Pricewaterhouse Coopers providing insight on China's New M&A Tax Rules (Cai Shui [2009] No.59) which were issued jointly by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on 7th May 2009 and are to be implemented retroactively from 1st January 2008.
Mr. William Chan, Tax Director, Deloitte, and Mr. Peter Ng, Partner, M&A Tax and Business Advisory Services will provide an overview and share insights with regard to the new regulations, explain cases where these rules will be relevant for your potential restructuring plans and answer your questions.
