The Beijing Biotechnology and Medical Industrial Chain Opening-up Work Plan has come into force in February, 2022. This is the first work plan for the opening-up of the Beijing biotechnology and medical industrial chain introduced for the build-up of Beijing's Two Districts, which not only provides policy support for the development of Beijing's biotechnology and medical industries, but also allows useful exploration for the reform and opening-up of the biotechnology and medical industries nationwide. Given its impacts, we are delighted to have officials from Beijing Two Districts office and other competent authorities as the guest speaker, touching on the aforementioned document.
2022年2月，《北京市生物医药全产业链开放实施方案》正式实施。这是针对北京两区建设出台的第一个全产业链开放实施方案，既为北京生物医药产业跨越式发展提供了政策支撑，也将为全国生物医药产业改革开放进行有益探索。在此背景下，商会非常荣幸邀请到北京两区办及相关部门负责同志对《北京市生物医药全产业链开放实施方案》进行深入解读。
