- 明确汇报到底要表达什么——提炼中心思想

- 辅助练习：汇报案例研究、归纳中心思想练习、分辨中心思想优劣练习、OPMS框架
模块二：逻辑严谨的系统化叙事框架
模块目的：使学员掌握汇报中最典型的几种逻辑叙事框架。
授课方式：案例学习、小组讨论、模型讲授、学员练习。
模块内容：
- 回顾状态和阐述计划——回顾展望型框架（BOSE）
- 提出建议的解决方案——解决方案型框架（Problem Solution）
学员操练：
- 辅助练习：汇报案例逻辑排序、故事线设计
模块三：简明扼要的PPT结构和内容
模块目的：使学员掌握清晰呈现、重点突出的PPT结构和页面设计原则。
授课方式：案例学习、小组讨论、原则讲授、学员练习。
模块内容：
- 逻辑高效型呈现结构——SDS结构、执行摘要、最后总结
- 情感引导型呈现结构——引起共鸣、建立信任、使其信服、督促行动
- 页面呈现逻辑的设计——TPS、提炼、引导
学员操练：
- 辅助练习：执行摘要设计、PPT页面设计挑错
模块四：把控听众注意力的汇报演讲
模块目的：使学员掌握把控听众注意力的关键环节和专业汇报风范。
授课方式：案例学习、模板介绍。
模块内容：
- 控制汇报节奏的关键环节——开场、导入、展开、结尾
- 体现专业风范的基本原则——眼神、手势、语言、回答、道具

Jack Yu is a senior consultant and professional trainer with more than 20 years of experience in product marketing and business management. As product marketing director at Japanese company Fujitsu (China) Information System Co., Ltd., Jack established a product marketing team from scratch and worked with the general manager of sales to formulate marketing strategies and tactics, realizing quick breakthrough company business in China. At American company Dell (China) Co. Ltd., he led the server product marketing team and won the first-place market share in China for three consecutive years. Later, he served as Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Business Department, Dell Greater China, assisted the general manager in formulating strategies and tactics, and managed annually business of US $2.2 billion. During his over 20 years’ career, Jack has gained rich experience in business planning, strategy formulation and reporting to executives.
