In recent years, employers may be designing more competitive but cost-efficient remuneration structures, including localization of expatriates. The structures if not implemented properly could result in adverse individual income tax (IIT) consequences on the employers and the employees.
European Chamber Tianjin Chapter co-host with German Chamber Tianjin Chapter, will invite Rebecca Lai, director from PwC, to revisit the various approaches on expatriate tax planning and discuss ways on optimizing the IIT filing positions.
