At this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the European Chamber, which will take place on Wednesday, 24th May in Beijing, elections will be held for the president (1 position), vice presidents (3 positions) and treasurer (1 position) for a two-year term on the Executive Committee of the European Chamber (2023-2025).
As such, we invite members to join the “Meet the Candidates” event on Tuesday, 16th May from 14:00-15:00 (Beijing time), where speeches by all the candidates running for election will be heard. A question-and-answer moderated session will then take place with the opportunity for members to ask questions.
This will be the opportunity for members to meet and know their candidates running for election prior to the start of the online voting period.
The “Meet the Candidates” event is open to all European Chamber members, but only members with voting rights (the designated representative from the primary legal entity registered with the Chamber) will be entitled to vote.
