· Filter - Be humble: my perception of the reality is not the reality. Understand our perceptions and to choose the right behaviour.
· Iceberg theory - being aware of our influence on others opens possibilities to generate different responses. Consciously choose our own behavior and increase our impact.
· Power of questions – All real understanding starts with a question. ask the right questions and obtain the desired response.
· Active listening - Learning to listen = listening to learn. listen attentively and understand the other.
· Ascending and descending questions - Being authentically interested in others. Alternate between ascending and descending questions and understand the motivation and actions of others.
· DISC communication style - Respect our own psychological needs and those of others. Identify main communication types and adapt my communication strategies.
