·       Iceberg theory - being aware of our influence on others opens possibilities to generate different responses. Consciously choose our own behavior and increase our impact.

·       Power of questions – All real understanding starts with a question. ask the right questions and obtain the desired response.

·       Active listening - Learning to listen = listening to learn. listen attentively and understand the other.

·       Ascending and descending questions - Being authentically interested in others. Alternate between ascending and descending questions and understand the motivation and actions of others.

·       DISC communication style - Respect our own psychological needs and those of others. Identify main communication types and adapt my communication strategies.

·       Acknowledgement - Without acceptance of all feelings and opinions, adult adult communication is impossible! Embrace emotions and contradictions and to to maintain or restore a constructive dialogue.
