二〇二三年医药卫生体制改革的各项规划与政策更加深入和清晰。值此，中国欧盟商会协同欧洲医用影像、电子医学与卫生信息技术行业协会(COCIR)，定于二〇二三年九月二十八在北京举办第四届医疗器械论坛。

In the year 2023, the plans and policies in the field of healthcare system reform have become more thorough and clearer. In this context, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, in collaboration with the European Coordination Committee of the Radiological, Electromedical and Healthcare Information Technology Industry (COCIR), will host the European Chamber Fourth Medical Device Forum on 28^th September in Beijing.

本次论坛主题为“智能与协同驱动改革——助力中国医疗器械现代化产业体系生态建设”。“十四五”智慧医疗发展背景下，人工智能、数字医疗持续赋能科技创新，与此同时，深化医改所处的高质量发展新阶段需要用好促进“三医”协同发展和治理这个“抓手”。部署2023年经济工作的中央经济工作会议上提出构筑现代化产业体系，加快人工智能、生物制造等前沿技术研发和应用推广，值此改革背景下，中国医疗器械现代化产业体系建设面临新的机遇。

The theme of this year’s forum is "Reform Driven by Intelligence and Collaboration: Facilitating the Ecological Construction of China's Modern Medical Device Industry System". As part of the development of smart healthcare during the 14th Five Year Plan, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital healthcare continue to empower technological innovation. Simultaneously, the deepening medical reform is promoting the coordinated development and governance of the administration of medical products, medical services and medical/health security – the "three medicals". The Central Economic Work Conference, which set out the economic work for 2023, proposed the construction of a modern industrial system and the acceleration of frontier technology research and application, such as AI and biomanufacturing. All these will bring opportunities for the development of China's modern medical device industry.

鉴此，论坛拟围绕医疗器械供应保障和质量监管、人工智能医疗器械监管政策、医工融合与成果转化、带量采购背景下医用耗材的精细化管理等主题开展，邀请政府机构、医疗机构、学术团体、医疗健康产业等多领域专家出席，促进多元化的沟通交流。

Bearing this in mind, the Fourth Medical Device Forum will focus on medical device supply chain security and quality supervision, regulatory policies for AI medical equipment, the integration of medicine and engineering, and the refined management of medical consumables against the background of volume-based procurement. We intend to invite representatives from government agencies, medical institutions and academic institutes, and industry experts as keynote speakers, and all stakeholders to attend, for diversified communication and exchanges.
