Mrs. Francine Hadjisotiriou
Mrs. Francine Hadjisotiriou
Francine Hadjisotiriou is the General Manager of the European Chamber South China Chapter where she manages the Guangzhou and Shenzhen office operations.
She has 30 years’ experience in B to B services of which more than 20 spent in Asia. After working in Tokyo, Japan, for more than three years in the credit-insurance company, she joined the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and established the Nanjing Chapter in early 2004. Two and half years later, she was transferred to the South China chapter to manage and develop the regional chapter by opening the Guangzhou and Shenzhen offices. She also mentors the chapters of Nanjing, Shenyang, Southwest China, Tianjin and the Shandong project. In her role, she is committed to providing effective communication and lobbying channels for EU companies, summarizing the main points of China's current business and market situation for members, and providing analysis of policies and macroeconomic developments.

Ms. Wang Xia is an excellent practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has specialized in providing medical and health services such as customized health checkup programs, health management plans, triage and green pass for medical consultation for individuals and corporations.
Ms. Christine Su

Christine is now North Asia CFO in IDEMIA group overseeing financial performances for group entities in Greater China area, Japan, Korea and Vietnam.
During her 20+ years in IDEMIA, she took different management positions in extensive functions such as supply chain management, human resources, legal, ERP and finance IS program management. In recent years, she explore new area as regional ambassador of Corporate Social Responsibility. Since 2023, she took up country ambassador of Women in IDEMIA Network (WIN) and is active to promote gender equality and women career development in the group. Before IDEMIA, she worked in business development, operation management roles in a few multinational companies such as Walmart, Philippines, Sinopec.
Aside from her professional roles, she is a certified coach and professional mentor, specializing in career development, life coaching, parenting topics.
Dr. Josephine Zhai
Dr. Josephine Zhai
As a psychotherapist, Dr. Zhai is passionate in her work. It is her delight to walk alongside to help her clients, helping them to clarify and gain self-awareness of their issues. Dr. Zhai utilizes a wide range of approaches, including Morita therapy, art therapy, hypnotherapy, emotion-focused therapy, etc.
She received certifications in psychology and is an American certified hypnotist. She now also serves as a master lecturer at the School of International Culture, South China Normal University. With more than 8000+ hours of psychological counseling with clients, Josephine specializes in parenting issues, couples counselling, family therapy, relationship issues, emotional release, stress reduction, potential discovery, learning potential development, and career development.
Ms. Blandine Cressard

Blandine has over 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry for International Hotel groups worldwide over 5 continents and 11 cities. With 20 years of dedicated experience in Asia, Blandine has led teams in Myanmar, Hong Kong, Thailand and China. She arrived in Shenzhen in January 2016 to open Residence G an International Lifestyle Hotel & Serviced Apartment.
In Residence G, we strive to provide unforgettable experiences, to be recognized and famous for our Human “touch” to Hospitality and our constant drive in all our decisions and actions to bring a sense of community to our guests and associates. We empower the front-line associates to deliver the G Host spirit.
Starting in March 2021, Blandine has been a Board Member of the European Chamber of Commerce in South China. She also serves as the South China Vice Chair of the European Chamber Human Resources Working Group.

Joanna is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, an international audit, tax and advisory firm established in 1945 with European roots. Nowadays she is leading Audit & Financial Advisory team in Southern China. Grew up in Shenzhen and worked there for 4 years at KPMG, she then joined Forvis Mazars in 2007.
With over 20 years of experience focusing on European enterprises, Joanna has extensive expertise in Sino-European activities as well as the best practices of business operations in China. In addition to development and delivering sizable audit projects across Asia, she is also responsible for cross-border M&A projects in Greater Bay Area. Her areas of expertise include, but not limited to, Manufacturing, Retail and Wholesale, Media & Advertising, and ranging from SMEs to MNCs.
She is fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”), a global leading professional accountancy body established in UK in 1904; and was nominated as a member of ACCA Steering Team in Southern China since 2019.
She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the European Chamber of Commerce South China Chapter.
