2022年12月13日，工信部发布了《工业和信息化领域数据安全管理办法（试行）》 。《办法》作为工业和信息化领域数据安全管理顶层制度文件，将贯彻落实《数据安全法》等法律法规有关要求，指导工业和信息化领域数据安全的实施落地。为此，《办法》提出了一系列合规要求，包括但不限于将数据分为一般数据、重要数据、核心数据并进行分类分级管理，重要数据、核心数据目录备案，以及加强数据全生命周期安全管理。
鉴于《办法》 对企业的重要性，中国欧盟商会有幸邀请工信部网络安全管理局数据安全处张洪副处长莅临工作组闭门会议，就《办法》有关要求、实施情况、前期试点工作经验以及后续工作重点进行解读 ，并与企业交流 ，促进企业的合规工作。
On 13th December, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued the Measures on the Administration of Data Security in the Industrial and Information Technology Sector (Trial). This Measures, as the top-level regulatory document for data security management in the industrial and information technology (IT) sectors, aims to effectively implement the Data Security Law and other relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance for the implementation of data security in the industrial and IT sectors. Specific compliance obligations include, but are not limited to, dividing data into general data, important data and core data and carrying out tiered management, filing of important and core data catalogues, and protecting data across its lifecycle.
In view of the importance of the Measures to foreign enterprises, the European Chamber is delighted to invite Mr. Zhang Hong, Deputy Director of the Data Security Division, Bureau of Cybersecurity Administration, MIIT to attend this closed-door meeting of the Cybersecurity Sub-working Group. He will share valuable insights into the requirements, implementation progress, previous pilot work experience and future work priorities with regard to the Measures, and discuss with members on ways to ensure compliance.
