Meeting with Mr. Cernat – Chief Economist of the DG TRADE in the EU Commission

The European Delegation will have a visit from Mr. Cernat, chief economist of the DG TRADE at the EU Commission and the European Chamber on behalf of the European Delegation is pleased to invite you to meet Mr. Cernat for an one hour presentation at the European Delegation (see map attached) on Thursday, September 24 at 8:00 am.
Mr. Cernat would focus on the latest update on the financial and economic crisis and related policy responses: latest economic outlook for EU, US, Asia, evolution of trade flows between EU and China.
This is a great opportunity for those who are not attending the Brussels Circuit but wish to meet DG TRADE to get a good insights from EU on the current financial issues. However, due to the tight schedule and the high level of Mr. Cernat, the meeting will be only held provided that we receive at least 30 positive feedbacks from members.
