Ms. Lynn Wu
Lynn Wu is an experienced Business and Government Affairs Manager at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, where she leads various groups including HR, IPR, Finance and taxation, and the SME Forum. She also oversees Government Affairs in Guangdong and manages EU SME Centre Projects and key events.
Before this, Lynn was the Regional Director at the China UK Business Development Centre in Guangzhou, focusing on international business and government relations. She also worked as a Strategy Consultant at the Guangzhou lnternational Exchange and Cooperation Center and held important roles in government affairs and public policy at tech companies such as ByteDance and Airbnb.
Earlier in her career, Lynn was the Chief Representative at the Guangzhou office of the China-Britain Business Council, driving UK-China business relations, and held a role at TUV Rheinland Group. Throughout her career, Lynn has shown exceptional expertise in international business development, government affairs, and strategic consulting, especially in China-UK relations.

Biography:
Born in Germany and graduated in Industrial Engineering. Until late 80's mainly remained in Germany near his hometown in Erlangen, where he had a position at Siemens Healthcare HQ.
From 1993 to 2006 he was based in Hongkong, Malaysia, Germany and China for several executive management positions within the Siemens Healthcare organization, one of which was Technical Director at Siemens Healthineers facility(SSMR), based in Shenzhen's Hi-Tech Industrial Park.
In 2006 start-up and developed from scratch the Shenzhen subsidiary of a Swiss Company, Imedco AG. Imedco is global player involved in the healthcare Industry, manufacturing MRI shielding solutions for hospitals and research institutions.
Involvement at European Chamber South China Chapter board since 2016. As an active board member of the European Chamber South China Chapter he holds the Chair of the board position since 2021. In the capacity as EU Chamber Vice President supports the member companies and meets with government officials on a regular basis to discuss the current economic and technological issues.
In March 2021 Klaus was elected as a Director of the Board at the Swiss Chamber in South China. He is also a member of the German Chamber in South China.

Fabian Blake is a Belgian national who presently serves as the Managing Director of AMS Assembly Foshan, a Dutch-owned company that has been operating in the Pearl River Delta, providing manufacturing services in South China since 2003.
Having resided and worked in China since 2008, Fabian has accumulated 15 years of experience exclusively in South China. During this time, he has played a pivotal role in the operational development of major corporations like the ETEX Group. Additionally, he has successfully managed smaller Chinese business units specializing in engineering services, offering value-added solutions to European clientele.
AMS Group, under Fabian's leadership, currently boasts a workforce of 90 employees, with 80 of them based in our facilities located in Foshan and Shenzhen. The company is actively involved in the development, manufacturing, and assembly of hardware devices, primarily serving customers situated in Europe.
Furthermore, Fabian has also served as a Member of the Board of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2016. His extensive experience and dedication to the industry make him a valuable asset to both AMS Assembly Foshan and the broader business community.

Ms. Danica is General Manager of Dan&Young Business Consultancy in Guangzhou. In the past eight years, she is responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting and tax filling for more than two hundred small-and-medium size enterprises in South China, and gained abundant practical experience in cases of accountancy and taxation reporting. Danica’s daily routine is to undertake client delegation, align with Chinese General Accepted Accounting Principles, in accordance with Chinese Tax Law, Contract Law, Corporation Law, and Labour Law, etc., accomplish bookkeeping and financial statement generation, meet the deadline of tax reporting, seek the best solution with the lower total cost, effectively and efficiently, at the same time, within China legal and accounting framework.
Danica leads a team of accountants, in the year 2022, and served 90 small-and-medium size enterprises in South China. In total, turnover from all of the clients is more than 52 million in Y2022. Danica’s team is ranking Top 2% in Guangdong, ranking 5A in Bookkeeping Industry Association, and ranking TSC 5 in Tax Office’s Credit System. Most of the clients are foreign investment small-and-medium size enterprises in South China. Danica is a China Certified Semi-Senior accountant, graduated from the University of Birmingham, majoring in International Accounting and Finance, and lived in Portland, Oregon of USA, and Birmingham, UK before. She could fully stand in owners'/investors' shoes to advice and voice.

Janet is a Tax partner of Deloitte based in Southern China. She has over 20 years of experience in business and tax advisory services for clients in various industries. She is the leader of Deloitte indirect tax team in Southern China and the core team member of Business Model Optimization service team in Southern China.
Janet is specialized in providing Value Added Tax and other tax advisory services and business model optimization services, assisting in communication and negotiation with tax and customs authorities for tax and customs disputes. She has provided services to lots of multinational corporations of different sectors in China and assisted them to comply with the relevant tax regulations, mitigate the risks and improve tax efficiency.
Janet actively interacted with various authorities such as tax authority, customs authority and commerce departments on newly issued tax regulations e.g., the draft VAT Law, RCEP, EU VAT reform, etc., and shared our observations on the impacts on different enterprises.
Janet is recognized by International Tax Review, a leading publication, as a leading Global Indirect Tax and Customs Partner. Janet has rich theoretical tax knowledge as well as practical experience. She has been invited to give lectures at Sun Yat-sen University and Xiamen University. She also made presentation in respect of PRC customs in various forums and conferences.
She obtained a Master Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in China.

Daisy is the head of D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel Shenzhen Office, in charge of the firm’s business in the Greater Bay Area. Also, due to her international exposure and experience, she also works closely with her colleagues in Vietnam and the UAE. Over the past years, she has gained extensive experience in corporate law, labor law, outbound and inbound investment,etc. She has helped numerous companies expand their businesses to China and overseas, as well as grow in the local markets.

Kevin Baker has been appointed as Director of the American International School of Guangzhou starting from school year 2019-2020. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in education and has worked at Hong Kong International School, Seoul Foreign School, and has been Head of School at several independent schools in the United States prior to joining International School of Busan (formerly Busan International Foreign School), where he is currently Head of School. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Concordia University Nebraska, a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Washington State University, and is completing his Doctorate degree in Human Capital Management. In his free time Kevin enjoys his family, presenting, reading, grilling, golfing, and supporting the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Helen is the regional head of South China, in charge of business development and strategy account management in the Greater Bay Area. She has gained strong and rich experience in human resources, which includes staffing, outsourcing, RPO and customized solutions. She is also skilled in the analysis of legislation and policy of labor dispatch, especially the Labor Contract Law. Relying on professional industry background, Helen and her team provide professional, comprehensive and systematic customized human resource solutions according to the actual needs of clients, and help them focus more on their core business.

With over two decades of experience in production and manufacturing, Chris has honed his expertise in lean production, incorporating both theory and practical application. Having deep roots in China's manufacturing landscape for 20 years, he has dedicated himself to advancing the theory and implementation of lean production .Chris firmly believes that anyone, regardless of their position, class, or scenario, can strive to become an outstanding lean practitioner.
As the Chair of the Manufacturing Forum, Chris plays a proactive role in leading and shaping various activities. He spearheads discussions among members, providing insightful suggestions and feasible solutions on a wide range of pressing and profound industry matters.
