He Mingyang, Doctor of Economics, Master of Science, graduated from the School of Economics of Peking University, is currently an associate researcher at the Institute of Economic Research of the National Development and Reform Commission, with the main research areas of analysis and forecasting of the macroeconomic situation, quantitative economic modelling and so on. Dr. He has participated in or presided over more than 30 research projects such as major projects of the National Social Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Humanities and Social Science Research Planning Fund of the Ministry of Education, and research topics of the Department and Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission, etc. He has participated in the research and drafting of major national plans and important policy documents for many times, and he has authored and participated in the writing of more than 100 internal research reports, which were published in academic journals and authoritative newspapers and magazines, such as SCI, CSSCI, and the core academic journals in China. He has published more than 30 articles in SCI, CSSCI, Chinese core journals and authoritative newspapers, and has published 7 books as author or co-author in his professional field.

何明洋，经济学博士、理学硕士，毕业于北京大学经济学院，现任国家发展和改革委员会经济研究所副研究员，主要研究领域为宏观经济形势分析与预测、数量经济模型等。

曾参与或主持国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学研究规划基金、国家发展改革委司局研究课题等科研项目30余项，多次参与国家重大规划、重要政策文件等研究起草工作，主笔及参与撰写内部研究报告100余篇，先后于SCI、CSSCI、中文核心等学术期刊及权威报刊公开发表文章30余篇，独著或参编出版专业领域著作7部。
