Please note this is an afternoon event.
In a joint event with the German Chamber, the European Chamber is delighted to announce that Ralph Dreher, Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Christoph Hezel, Managing Partner from the Taylor Wessing Beijing Office, will be present at a lunch seminar on December 2nd, sharing their insight on corporate restructuring in China.
Foreign investors are facing a fast changing legal and business environment in China. The financial crisis has created additional challenges. Corporate restructuring could be one efficient tool to make a foreign company’s China operations fit for these challenges.
However not all possible restructuring measures are tax efficient and not all tax optimized structures are equally feasible from legal perspectives. This restructuring seminar therefore joins the expertise of experienced lawyers and tax consultants to provide MNCs out of one hand with guidelines how to restructure their China operations best from legal and tax perspectives.
