Currently, human society is entering the fourth industrial revolution-the "Digitalisation Revolution". Behind intelligent services lies the rapid exchange of massive digital information and the close coordination between the upstream and downstream of the mobile information industry chain. Mobile information has become one of the typical industries for China to achieve global technological catch-up. The role of telecommunications operators is undergoing a profound transformation, as they are no longer just enterprises providing communication services, but gradually upgrading to service providers of digital life.
当前，人类社会正迈入第四次工业革命，即“数智化革命”。智能化服务的背后是海量数字信息的快速交换和移动信息产业链上下游的紧密配合。移动信息已成为中国实现全球技术赶超的典型产业之一。电信运营商的角色正发生着深刻的转变，他们不再只是提供通信服务的企业，而是逐渐升级为数字生活的服务提供商。
At the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, China further clarified that it will move faster to establish institutions and mechanisms for promoting the development of the digital economy and refine the policy system for developing the digital industry and transforming traditional industries with digital technologies. In 2020, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) issued "Notice on Accelerating the Digital Transformation of State-Owned Enterprises", taking digital transformation as an important means of cultivating new growth drivers. Among them, China Mobile has become a leader in the field of digital transformation with its outstanding strategic layout and innovation capabilities.
第二十届三中全会上，中国进一步明确了加快构建促进数字经济发展体制机制，完善促进数字产业化和产业数字化政策体系。2020年，国务院国资委亦发布了《关于加快推进国有企业数字化转型工作的通知》，将数字化转型作为培育发展新动能的重要手段。这其中，中国移动凭借卓越的战略布局和创新能力，成为数字化转型赛道上的佼佼者。

Events have limited seating so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance online registration and payment. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance. A confirmation email will be sent to registrants who have paid.
