Melsson Yang is the senior manager taking care of Customs related matters for KPMG Southern China.
Melsson was a Customs Official with China Customs upon graduation from a Customs school. After which, he served as the Regional Customs and Brokerage Manager for a leading express and logistics companies.
Melsson has an extensive knowledge of international trade, customs and logistics procedures. He advises multinational clients on China Customs regulations and practices for processing trade, cross border transactions, bonded logistics, customs classification, valuation, customs defence and administrative appeal. His clients include foreign investment enterprises in various industries such as electronics, wholesale and retail, pharmaceutical and logistics.
Philip Xia Philip is assistant manager of KPMG Trade & Customs Practice.
Philip has 8 year experience working for the China Customs. Now he is a customs specialist in KPMG Guangzhou office.
Philip has advised multinational clients on processing trade practice, customs classification, customs valuation and customs operation setup. He has also assisted clients in customs administrative appealing and customs audit.
