Since December 2004, HR managers from member companies meet each other monthly in the frame of a Human Resources Working Group to learn from other companies or from experts about current topics, to network and to benchmark.
The HR Working Group in Nanjing has also been the opportunity to notice that authorities are imposing rules that are not acceptable, or that rules are susceptible to be negotiated.
It is a chance for member companies to collect their opinion and their requests to the Chinese authorities. More than 20 other Working groups of the European Chamber in other liaison offices (Beijing, Shanghai..) are already making recommendations, addressed to the Government , through the Position Paper.
You can consult this Position Paper that has been given to the General Manager or President of each member company. We will send you a copy of key recommendations done by other WGs upon request.
In addition to this topic, we are going back to the survey on Training done by Mr Ender ERAT from SUSPA to see the possibility of join trainings.
