Dear Working Group Member,
We are delighted to invite you to the Private Equity and Strategic M&A Working Group meeting to be held on February 8th 2010, starting at 8:30 at the European Chamber’s Office in Beijing (please refer to the address above) and with the Shanghai office joining via video conference.
At this meeting we will have a roundtable on key lobbying actions for 2010 and draft the events guideline for the year. We invite all members to submit proposals for lobbying topics/key policymakers to meet, chamber/WG events, new members, possible speakers at one of our working group meeting. All suggestions are warmly welcome in order to make this platform efficient and enriching for its members and for the European business community in China.
The meeting will also be the occasion for our Chair Andre Loesekrug-Pietri to debrief us on the lobby activities conducted in 2009 done by the European Chamber in Beijing and in Shanghai.

Debrief on the 2009 lobby activities Round table for future lobbying action and 2010 position paper topics Roundtable on events in Beijing, Shanghai and possibly in other cities Debrief on the Working Group Elections
