Topic of Session
Communication competency builds the heart of interpersonal interactions. In the business world evaluation is based on looks, body language and ability to interact with others. While words account for 7%of an initial impression only, vocal quality accounts for another 38%; and 55% of any first impression is based on non-verbal perceptions of appearance and behavior. Therefore, not only what we communicate but more importantly how we communicate is crucial for success.
