As you may know, the Chair and Vice Chair play a crucial role in driving the Working Group which includes a leadership role in the drafting of the Position Paper, communicating key messages to the Chinese and European Government, and steering the Working Group meetings. The desired characteristics of a Chair and Vice Chair are a senior industry representative with relevant industry expertise and government contacts that has the time and willingness to support the group. Previous participation in the Working Group is also highly valued.
Current Chair and Vice Chairs have expressed their willingness to run for this year’s elections. However, they along with the Chamber Secretariat encourage any other member who may be interested to also put forth his/her candidature for this year's position. Should you wish to propose a nomination (by 13th April midday COB) or request more info, please contact Ms. Adele Wang at abwang@euccc.com.cn.
Please register your participation with Mr. Christian Rasmussen at crasmussen@euccc.com.cn by COB 14th April.
