Peter is a manager of PwC Worldtrade Management Services (WMS) practice in Beijing, China.
Prior to joining PwC, Peter had worked as a government officer of Beijing Customs, in a wide range of positions and departments including Cargo Control and Inspection, Investigation and Audit, and Duty Collection. Peter is experienced in customs functions such as import and export procedure, tariff collection, customs valuation, investigation and audit, customs classification, bonded and processing trade, valuation and risk management etc. He also acquired enriched understanding of customs’ laws, regulations, policies and practice.
