Dear Working Group member,
We are pleased to invite you to the next meeting of the Consumer Finance Working Group which will take place on Tuesday 13th April, starting at 8.30am in our Shanghai offices (with video-conference link to our Beijing offices).
We are delighted to announce that Mr. Zhangtao, General Manager, Bank of China Consumer Finance Company will join the meeting and will talk about his company’s involvement in the CBRC’s scheme Pilot Management Measures for a Consumer Finance Company.
Mr. Zhangtao will share his opinions on the pilot scheme, the corresponding regulations and the market potential based on his company’s communications with CBRC and research conducted with their clients. He would also wish to discuss the problems of the consumer finance business in China with Working Group members.

Just a friendly reminder that those who are responsible for drafting sections of the Paper are due to submit them to Xavier-Lluis Sans Powell (xsanspowell@euccc.com.cn) by the deadline of 21st April.
