The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you the next session of Human Resources Forum Seminar on Harnessing the Power of Employer Branding and Corporate Social Networking to Attract and Retain Talent on Tuesday, 27th April, at 4.00 PM at the Kerry Center Hotel in Beijing.
Companies and consultants around the world claim that a powerful Employer Brand, built upon a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is now, more than ever, the best bet for finding and keeping talents. But there seem to be as many opinions as to what these terms mean as there are HR managers. For some employer branding is simply a ‘creative’ recruitment website, for others a campus campaign.
Rarely is employer branding understood as a process that guides everything an organization says and does in relation to the actual employees work experience, as the original ‘inventors’ of the concept intended. It is also rare to find organizations that are effectively exploiting new media talent channels or that tailor their messaging and communications strategy to maximize channel effectiveness.
Join us with our guest speaker Mr. Mark Baldwin and Mr. Alex Miller of social media giant Renren.com to discover how to harness the power of employer branding and make the most of corporate Social networking and new media to attract and retain Talent.
