In February 2009, the PRC State Council approved the advancement of 21 cities as models of service outsourcing that are able to offer special incentives and preferential policies to companies located within them. These cities have invested heavily in public infrastructure, industrial parks, education and training. Other cities around China are also stepping up their efforts to gain a foothold in the service outsourcing industry.
This event will review the experiences of those multinational companies that have outsourced their operations to these service providers with a view to cutting costs and increasing operational efficiency. Our speakers will further examine the implications for strategies on how to do this best and outsource successfully in China.
