The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, the British Chamber of Commerce in China and the China-Australia Chamber of Commerce are delighted to invite you to an afternoon seminar on Corporate Social Responsibility’s New Frontier: Opportunities in Diversity for International Companies and Organisations in China on May 7th at the Hilton Beijing Hotel.
As more and more companies grow and operate on a global scale, the diversity of talent working together to serve customers and engage stakeholders worldwide increases. Markers of diversity include areas such as Gender, Sexual Identity, Health Status, Age, Ethnicity, Religion and Disability. Managing diversity in the workplace has been discussed and studied globally, however it is a relatively new area for Corporate Social Responsibility in China.
