HCE Working Group Meeting

Dear Healthcare Equipment Working Group Members,
The EUCCC is delighted to invite you to the next Healthcare Equipment Working Group Meeting. The meeting will discuss and plan the lobby activities of the HCE WG, but will mainly focus on the ongoing process of the Annual HCE Position Paper.
The Healthcare Equipment Working Group would like to extend its great thanks to the timely submission of the first drafts of the various sections of the Position Paper from the Lead Pens. Please find attached the compiled first draft of the Healthcare Equipment Position Paper 2010-2011 (updated). The Chamber hopes that the draft covers most of the essential regulatory changes in the past year and your key concerns to be submitted to the Chinese government.
The EU Chamber kindly encourages members to carefully read through the first draft and to submit your comments and suggestions (track-changed) to Mark Rushton (mrushton@euccc.com.cn) and Penny Zhao (yzhao@euccc.com.cn) prior to the Working Group Meeting. As the Position Paper is still in the drafting stage, its content should be kept confidential. The EU Chamber therefore kindly asks that you do not distribute the Position Paper first draft outside the Working Group.
The meeting will be held at both the EU Chamber Beijing Office (Meeting Room C411A) and the EU Chamber Shanghai Office at 10:00 - 12:00 on 7th May 2010. To view the detailed address of these 2 offices, please refer to the following link: http://www.euccc.com.cn/view/about/contactus
To register for this meeting, please reply to Billy Zhao at bzhao@euccc.com.cn by 6th May 2010 and please kindly specify whether you will participate in Shanghai or in Beijing.
