Hang Ming, Deputy Chief Judge of the Fifth Civil Division of Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, Specialist in Labour Law.Mr. Hang Ming is a senior judge and deputy chief judge of No. 4 Courtroom which is in charge of the city's labour disputes. Mr. Hang is the most authoritative labour law judge in the city and a leading labour law expert.
Pan Zhiyu, committee member of Nanjing Lawyers Association’s Intellectual Property Committee and Jiangsu Lawyers Association’s Labour and Social Security Committee. Mr. Pan Zhiyu is committed to intellectual property law, corporate law, business dispute resolution, and labour law. As permanent legal advisor and project legal advisor, Mr. Pan handles a large amount of legal affairs regarding intellectual property, company investments, business disputes, negotiations and management of human resources as well as litigation, arbitration cases.
