Event Abstract
The European Chamber PRD IPR Working Group will hold a presentation on IPR Protection for Design on Thursday July 8th, 16.00 – 18.00. The seminar will be presented by two leading IP lawyers from Rouse & Co, Elliot Papageorgiou and Sharon Qiao, and will give practical guidelines for businesses on the various ways you can protect works of 2-D and 3-D designs in China to maintain your competitive advantage, as well as give some case examples.
Who should attend?
The topic will be relevant to all businesses that develop products, components and packaging or provide industrial or graphic design services, including sourcing companies and corporate in-house design and development teams.
