The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to a combined Legal and Competition Working Group meeting on Monday
27 September, 08:00 – 09:30.

The draft agenda is as follows:
1. The Chinese Anti Monopoly Law, its 2 year anniversary
Francois Renard (Chair of Competition Sub WG in BJ / Allen & Overy) will provide you with an update on the status of the law, the latest drafts from various Chinese government agencies and possible ways forward.
2. European Chamber Brussels Circuit
An first report will be provided about the European Chamber’s meetings with various Commissioners
3. Government Engagement plan
Following the publication of our Position Paper, the European Chamber is has sent invitations to several national ministries to discuss. We are awaiting response from the ministers of MOFCOM, NDRC, SIPO, SFDA, CBRC, AQSIQ, SCLAO and GAC. We can discuss the input we want to provide respectively and if the Group would like to arrange specific meetings with Shanghai Municipal government as well.
