Dear Finance & Taxation Working Group Member,
We are delighted to invite you to attend our next Finance & Taxation WG meeting to be held on Wednesday, 20th October 2010, 9:00 AM at our Beijing office.
This meeting will also provide an opportunity for Finance & Taxation WG members to give direct input on recent developments and topics that would like to be discussed in future Working Group meetings.
Tentative Agenda
1. Presentation on new issues about China-Singapore Tax Treaty interpretation + discussion/Q&A by Ms. Julie Hao, Director International Tax at Deloitte Touche and Houlu Yang, Business Development Manager and Senior Research Associate at IBFD2. Experience sharing on high tech status and transfer pricing
3. Tour of table: discussion on recent developments and activity.
4. Confirmation Ms. Lea Gebhart and Julie Hao as acting Co-Chairs of the Working Group
5. Chamber updates and Position Paper Rolllout
