The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the Human Resources Forum at the Sofitel Galaxy on Friday, 29 October, starting at 2pm.
China has announced a goal of implementing collective wage bargaining in all companies. The campaign is part of effort to raise wages and channel employee demands through unions and collective bargaining.
The presentation will highlight specific requirements and practices in Jiangsu province, requirements to form unions, and updates on strikes and labor unrest.

Jeffrey Wilson is a counsel with the labor law practice Jun He in Shanghai. He has advised multinational companies doing business in China on all types of employment and labor matters for close to a decade. Prior to joining Jun He, Mr. Wilson was a senior associate with Baker & McKenzie where he was resident in the Shanghai office. Mr. Wilson graduated from the University of Washington School of Law. He is a member of the New York State bar.
