Dear Working Group Member,
The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next Joint Working Group Meeting of Carbon Market, Construction, and Energy Working Groups which will be held on Wednesday 27th October, 2010 3-5pm at the meeting room of EU Delegation. A map is attached for your information. map-of-delegation
At this meeting, we will have Mr. Ding Xuefeng, Chief Engineer from Urumqi Construction Committee to share his view on recent development in energy efficiency in buildings in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. In Xinjiang Autonomous Region, the Chinese government has planned to build an “Energy Hub” which will be supported by a 1 trillion RMB investment. At the meeting, Working Group members can learn in which ways member companies can potentially participate in the energy projects which will take place under this programme.
As always, we welcome your suggestions for agenda topics and possible speakers for this and future meetings.
